Interruption or disconnection of services
Service interruption
is a temporary suspension of service from the company’s services or all of the company’s services that can be subscribed to.
You may request from the company a service interruption of all the company’s services, once a year, for a period not less than thirty days and not more than 90 days.
The manner of submitting the application and the details required for processing the application are detailed below. After the resumption of the provision of services to the subscriber, you will continue to be charged accordingly according to the plan’s rates and terms according to which it was billed before the termination of the service, unless the plan’s rates and terms were changed during the period of the break for all subscribers of that plan or in the event that the promotion period ended during the period of the break or in any other case where it was changed the program in accordance with its terms.
disconnection of service
is a permanent disconnection of a service from the company’s services, which can be subscribed. The manner of submitting the application and the details required for processing the application are detailed below.
Termination of engagement
is the disconnection of all the company’s services that can be subscribed, and the cancellation of the contract agreement with it.

A verbal request will be made to the customer service hotline by dialing 072-258-2851.
The company will execute the request on the date specified in your message.
If the date you specified is not a working day – your request will be processed on the first working day after the date you specified.
If you do not specify the time in your notice, the suspension will be carried out within one working day after the date of delivery of the notice to the company.
In order for us to complete your request, you must provide the following means of identification:
