  • This document includes the privacy policy of Wicom Mobile Ltd. (“Wicom Mobile” or the “Company”). The document is written in the masculine language for convenience only and refers to all genders alike. This document must be read together with: the terms of use of our website and application (the website and the application will be collectively referred to as “the website” or “the website”), our general terms of engagement, the engagement documents applicable to our service plans, as well as the other information appearing on our website.
  • Your privacy is important to us, and we respect the privacy of users of our services. We will maintain the privacy of your data in accordance with the law and in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy which are an integral part of the terms of engagement for our services.
  • By using our services as well as our website and the services contained therein, you agree to the information collection and use practices described below in this document.          2. A number of general principles

       3. What information do we collect?

  • Wicom Mobile provides various communication services to subscribers, including cellular services, internet, international and domestic call services, and more. These services are provided by Wicom Mobile itself or by third parties, in Israel or abroad. In this framework, Wicom Mobile collects, holds and processes various information details, which may change depending on the services provided by it.
  • In this framework, we collect, hold and process information about you, as detailed below:
  • Information you provide to us at the time of contracting with us and as part of any other contact or interaction with the company or its representatives (such as name, address, means of payment and spoken language);
  • Information that we have collected or accumulated in our hands from the very provision of the services, including location data (physical location of your terminal equipment including history and location patterns) and traffic data (calls, text messages, browsing including deadlines, scope and duration).
